Our washer and dryer (Kenmore 796.40518900, front load, I believe made by LG) was just recently reinstalled in our house after ~2 years living unused in the garage while we renovated the house. Now that it's back indoors and connected to power and water, it works relatively well, but pulsates during fill-up, both initial and rinse. The pulsations are >2 per second, and shake just about all of the pipes in the house. Seems like it only happens with cold water - the extra hot setting takes it back to what I remember from before.
From some other posts out there, it sounds like the issue is the inlet valve on the cold water side. Does this sound like a correct diagnosis?
