Anyone familiar with repairing gas dryers?
The problem is the dryer will not heat anymore. So i figured a lint build up was triggering it not to heat. I took the front and back of the dryer apart to clean out all the lint. Including lint trap and exhaust fan. The problem is not the lint. The igniter is not glowing at all. I've read multiple things online and it keeps coming up with a blown thermal fuse. This dryer does not have a thermal fuse. It does have a Thermistor and a blower thermostat. Before I order all of the parts that I think can be causing it and blowing money, does anyone know what exact part I actually need to fix this? Once again it is not a lint back up, air flow issue, or gas flow problem. The igniter is not glowing or starting at all.
