Default Kenmore Coldspot fridge not cooling

I have a Kenmore Coldspot model 106-5653400 that's not working. My fridge is not cooling and I have set to 7 which is the highest. My freezer is working fine.

What do you think it might be? Can it be fixed by me or do I need to call an expert? I don't know very much about fridge

    Thanks,
    Christina

If your freezer is cooling real good and nothing is melting, then your air diffuser may be bad. Open your refrigerator door and put your hand in front of your air diffuser duct thats located in the back top left side of your refrigerator. Can you feel any air coming out from those vents when your refrigerator is running?
