I also remember on some you need to take the top piece off first. I'll see if I can find anything in my manuals.

That would be great. I've taken a few "cracks" at getting them off but haven't had any luck. I can't tell how they are secured either so I am unsure how I am meant to take them off.

Any tips on getting these things off? I can't tell how they are attached or secured so I'm not sure what direction or pressure I should be putting on these. With all this covid19 stuff, I find myself with some extra time to get at this.
