When I left for work today, my A/C was working fine. I came home to a warm house and noticed the A/C was set on fan only mode and 75 degrees. I didn't think too much of it until I tried to change the settings. The control panel is absolutely non-responsive regardless of what I try to change. I cannot even turn the power off without unplugging it. Is this most definitely the control panel itself?

Where did you buy this at?

Your parts list says: Return to place of purchase, only 3 parts are cataloged and the control panel/control board is not even listed.

I got it from Lowe's about 4-5 years ago. I noticed myself that there are no parts listed anywhere for this unit. Worrisome would be an understatement. Anyway I unplugged it and let it sit overnight. This morning I plugged it in and it works like brand new. I'm not sure what happened, what fixed it, or if it will happen again. All I can figure is the control panel needed reset and letting it sit did so. For now, all is well. Thanks Jake!
