Issue: Ice maker no water

I’m suspecting the ice maker from some trouble shooting advice found here.
Triggered harvest cycle. While measuring voltage at points L and N would see a blip in voltage of about 5 volts then nothing.
Did not check at water valve.

Now trying to find this ice maker.
I’m usually pretty good at searching the interwebs but this one is illusive.
Any help would be appreciated.
