Our dryer started doing this while I was out on a work trip and am just not starting to trouble shoot.
If anyone. can help with some basic trouble shooting steps or If anyone could help me with a tech sheet/ how to get into diagnostic mode, it would be appreciated.

There is a routine to gather the fault codes from the machine which might indicate the problem area to focus on. The attached 'tech sheet' from a slightly different model dryer should describe how to recover the codes from your machine. (There should also be a paper copy of the instructions inside your dryer.)

If you post the fault codes you recover here we might be able to suggest a curse of action if needed.
