Maintenance tech for apartments here. Resident complained that gas amana range exterior casing is hot enough to cause minor burns when stovetop or oven is in use. Is this normal for the outside if the appliance to be that hot to the touch? If not, any insight will be helpful. Im inexperienced with appliance repairs. Thanks in advance.
