Amana Dryer PLE8367W2 3-prong to 4-prong - where to put the ground?

I am replacing the 3-prong cord on my dryer with a 4-prong cord. You'll see in the attached picture (I've already removed the cord), there are 2 green wires (grounds I assume), and one is thicker than the other. So I'm not sure which one to remove to connect the cable ground to. Thanks for the help.

Either green one is fine, they both are cabinet ground.
