Amana Tandem 7300 washer stopped door is locked and won't open tried to unplug it for a few minutes and plugged it back in door still locked and can't get the clothes out.

It washed the clothes but won't open the door. Door locked button is on and wash LED is flashing.

A quick search online and didn't come up with any solutions.

Hello I asked for help on justanswer and they said it was the drain pump that needed replacing however I saw a video that suggested clearing the filter on the drain pump and that worked as if was clogged.

I had to run the drain cycle to get rid of all the water after washing in the normal wash cycle so I'm not too sure everything is ok but I can wash clothes now.
