FIXED Amana washer ALW480DAW - leaking during wash cycle

Hello, I have the above described washer, a few weeks ago it started leaking lots of water. I opened the front area and found out that during the wash cycle the tub spins instead of agitate. This makes the water flow right out of the top. I have no clue why it's happening. Thank you for all your input.

Jeff, you might be right. I found one screw that looks very similar to the one shown in the picture you attached. I picked it up and wondered where it came from. I am going to check and see if the pads are loose or worn-out.

Jeff, genious move. The washer is fixed, after a week without a washer I was able to make some time to mess with it. Found out two of the pads only had one screw attached and the third pad was not even attached at all. I tighten all of it except for one pad because I didn't have the two screws. I tried it like that without the third pad and it worked. I will get the screws and finish the job.
