Amana Washer NTW4516FW3 pump runs constant, will not do anything else

This unit is just shy of two years old. Was working fine now the pump runs constantly. Unplug, wait about 5 seconds and the pump comes on. I put water directly in the tub and it pumps out, but it wont move past this drain stage. If this helps I can spin the tub by hand and the pump stops briefly, but then starts back. I have the board removed and nothing is visibly fried. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've had Amana products before, but never had one fail this fast.

What are the chances the board is toast? Internet site says $336 for a new board. RIDICULAS!!! New washer is $ 500. But paid about $460 for this one 6-20. Pitiful AMANA. You can do better.

My NTW4516FW3 will not progress past “wash“ no matter what I do. There is a good water supply at the hoses, the filter is not clogged. I have even tried to reconfigure it. It will spin if I reconfigure the washer but even setting it to rinse and spin, it will not spin.
