this keeps happening to the freezer, i dont know if i need a new part like the defrost temp control, or whatever but it keeps freezing up there and then the freezer is not freezing anything and the fridge is not getting cold enough. I already used a dryer to defrost it all and it just freezes back up soon after putting it back together and still does not get cold enough or freeze. Any help would be great, Thanks. Oh and its a 2016 model. There is also another plastic panel that goes over everything i just didnt take a pic before taking it off.

Check your warranty.
It appears you have a major system problem of some sort. Could be a leaker, restriction, inefficient compressor or any combination of these = BIG$ repair.

damn that sucks, was hoping i could just replace the defrost part, that is frozen over under all that ice or something, but yeah ill look into getting a Kenmore lol
