I have an Asko D3112 dishwasher, yes old, but in good shape. I am thinking just a bad pump? but symptoms are low pressure coming from arms and dishes are not getting cleaned.

My first issue is getting to the internals. i was able to get the kickplate off, then 2 T20 torque screws. some videos i've seen talk about 4 more screws, but i do not have them. Any one have information on getting past the next 'shield' or what ever its called?

Then once inside, any thoughts as to what to look at?
Thanks.

I have no experience with Asko dishwashers but I'd suggest someone first make sure it is filling with water sufficiently. NO (or low) water = poor washing. In many North American D/W's, filling to just below the heating element is a good sign.

Make sure any filters are clean.

Make sure there are no leaks around any of the spray arms. Loss of water pressure = poor washing.

I'm afraid i can't tell you how to go about servicing it though.
