bad stove top from Jenn Air

We have replaced the exhaust fan control knob 5 times in 18 months. Now that the product is out of warranty, Jenn Air doesn't want to recognize or acknowledge the problem and refuses to cooperate. We are never going to buy another Jenn Air or Maytag product. We tried being reasonable with the Jenn Air "customer service" department. They only want to deflect and ignore serious customer problems.

Model#?

We are never going to buy another Jenn Air or Maytag product.
This is probably a Whirlpool product, they own Jenn-Air.
