Bertazzoni PROF366DFSXT 2.5 years old.
Consistently running a high temperature. Both temp sensor probe and thermostat have been replaced
If you set to 350, the "dial" gauge showing the temp climbs to 350 then stops, but the oven continues heating to about 410 (confirmed with oven thermometer). If you adjust the temp higher the dial gauge jumps up to the actual temp the oven is at. Any help appreciated!
