I stumbled on a Bosch DLX series washer on one of the affluent tree lined streets of Toronto, I happened to be driving with a friend of mine in a pick up truck, needing a dishwasher I picked it up. I rang on the door of the house it was in front of and a well dressed gent told me it had backed up once onto their new hardwood so they were chucking it and I could have it, so have it I did and it works beautifully. However, I think I may have stumbled upon the cause of the initial back-up. In the floor of the dishwasher is a filter - this being a "European" style machine, there is no garburator in it, so the filters are both paramount and need to be kept clean, but I think this one may be missing an inner sleeve. The filter currently looks like a bottomless mesh basket with two tabs bisecting the cylinder at the bottom. It seems to me that there should be an inner, finer filter that fits in this - picture to follow. Any advice on this/where to get this part?

PS - the manufacturers number on the inside of the door is printed on a white plastic decal and has worn off.

Check for a second tag behind the lower kick panals.
