Hey there! model # W325-2 KV1 P31...
First I can't get the pilot light lit via holding the gas releaser and clicking the button to spark it. Will work if I use a match. HOWEVER if I ever do get a light, it will not stay lit as I depress the gas releaser. The light just goes out.
We were able to get it lit with a match and stayed lit for 2 showers and then went out. No success since then. And I have a new gas tank so there is plenty of gas.
Could there be a clog somewhere? Could it be the Thermocouple? I can send diagrams from my manual if that helps.
