Yesterday our babysitter spilled water on the stovetop of our Bosch oven. It appeared to short out the control panel (it flashed an error code which she didn’t write down, and then the display shut off). We turned off the breaker and left the unit off overnight. This morning when power was restored, all of the buttons on the control panel display seem to be responsive, however the dial/knob that cycles through functions is not working. Because the stove is gas, our regular service tech cannot help and there’s a two week wait for the other local company. We have 4 young kids and it’s a long time to go without our oven. Looking for any possible solutions or things to try. Is it strange that part of the control panel would work but not the knob? Thanks for any help.

Nothing comes up with that model number. If you're in Kingston, somewhere other than USA, we won't have any service information on models not made for the US. If you are in the US recheck your model number.
