I have a shp865wd5n/01. No idea how old, it came with the house. A somewhat heavy MDF panel fell on it, and ever since then, it leaks from the bottom left corner (usually, sometimes the right too, albeit less often.)

I replaced the outer door seal, the lower door seal (which was tricky and I'm not convinced I did a great job), washing the seal areas with vinegar as best I could, and I replaced both hinges. No idea if I did a good job with these repair attempts.

I tried to level the dishwasher by eye (the floor is definitely not level) but I'm not sure if I did a good job levelling.

After my repairs, the leak slowed down, but it's still there. Before my repair attempts, there was a large amount of water leaking. Now it's a slower leak.

I can feel the left hinge is wet during the run, so I'm guessing the leak is coming from around that area...

I'm a new dad drowning in 1000s of baby bottles, now getting washed by my cracking hands. Help!

CONGRATS on the new arrival!!

A question: Where specifically did the panel land? Are there any dents in the door panel?

I ask because my guess, and let me stress the guess part, is that the inner door has gotten dented/warped from the force of being hit by the mdf panel. I say this for two reasons. First, your repairs led to some correction but the small leak still there leads me to believe the door is not sealing properly because it may be misshapen. It won't take much of a dent to let water out. Second, there isn't an E15 error which tells me the leak is going outside of the machine, as you already know, likely, through the door, at some point. These two things point to some kind of damage to the door and I would look at that.

Unfortunately, the inner doors can cost upwards of $120 and that is usually the trigger point for me to start thinking replacement vs repair, especially on an older machine. I popped over to Bosch site and this machine is no longer available/manufactured although parts are available. Good luck!
