Bottom Panel Removal

Hello All:

This is my first post here out of desperation after I failed to read the owners manual for our new oven and I placed aluminum foil on the bottom panel and proceeded to pre-heat. I'm sure you know the rest of the story.

Needless to say I ordered a replacement bottom panel and I can seem to figure out out how to remove the existing one. There are two (which appear to be springloaded) screws on the back corners. I turned them with a screwdriver in attempt to loosen and they don't seem to thread, but are rather keyed somehow.

The model is a Kenmore 790.95352800.

Any help will prevent my wife from castrating me. Thanks!

Awesome. Thanks Jake. I will continue to turn...I just did not want to force them and potentially break off the heads.

Thanks again!

Ok, sounds good, don't worry you won't break the heads off.:)
