We recently bought a house that has a Kenmore side by side refrigerator (970-550331). Shortly after we moved in, and on the hotter days, we noticed a small puddle of water coming out from the bottom of the fridge. It looks like condensation that is reaching the drain tray on the bottom of the fridge but unfortunately the drain tray is cracked and the water ends up on the floor. Does anyone know the part number or where I could order the part from?

Finally, a forum that doesn't flame you or belittle you for asking a question! And Jake's response couldn't be better! Keep up the excellent work. I have ordered the part from Jake's link and will update once I have received and replaced it.

Thanks again for the excellent response!

I received the drip tray (wow that was quick!) but I haven't had a chance to install it yet. Hoping to get it done next week.

I replaced the drip tray. It was super easy but I had to rest the top of the fridge on a couple of chairs as I couldn't lay it flat due to the water lines coming out the back. I did not want to chance breaking the lines. Anyway, 2 screws out and replace it with no problems. The old one was definitely cracked and causing the water leak. It was most likely broken when the fridge was moved in if it was lifted by a dolly as the dolly would have put all the weight of the fridge on the drip tray.

Anyway, thanks for the prompt responses! No more leaky fridge!
