Cabrio Dryer - Still Getting F1 code after board replacement

Was getting F1 code on my Cabrio Dryer. Tested continuity on thermal switch, good there. Ohm tested thermistor, good there. moved on to control board, which had an obvious burn out that was visible on the back of the board. Purchased a new board and installed it, but still getting the F1 code. Thought it might be the door switch, but I believe that it s working fine becasue the light comes on and off when the switch is depressed and released. Any ideas on what to look at next before i throw in the towel and go buy a new one?

That should of fixed it.

F-01 flashes when there is a primary control failure. Replace the machine control electronics.

Did you buy the control board new or used?
