CAE2795FQ1 Whirlpool washer control will not engage

On this model, finding the control board not responding acts erratic . Replaced control board but still doing same thing.
inspect washer machine——found broken wire blue at drain pump pushed wires and drain pump runs. Repaired wire at drain pump.
but control will not engage. thinking model may have wiring harness problems. It’s about one year old. This one does not have a coin Box.

Yes, check for more broken or damaged wires first. Make sure the washer stays unplugged when checking for broken or damaged wires.
