I have a Carrier 580DPV048115AAA with a bad induction motor. My motor is a AO Smith JF1H102N, it has a white and black wire that go to the run capacitor and a blue and black that go to power.
I can find and buy that motor but the fan isnt coming off without getting trashed.

So every place i can find that has a recommended induction unit for this unit , has a motor with 3 wires. Yellow, purple, brown. Can anyone tell me how to wire in this motor? what goes to power and what goes to the start capacitor??

They should be marked on the wires or on the motor. Did the new motor come with any paperwork?
