I have a Cafe dishwasher that started leaving everything soaking wet at the end of cycle. I checked for error codes, no F codes reported. I removed the filters and found the flood switch full of a nasty sludge. Cleaned that all out and reinstalled, dishes still soaking wet at the end of cycle and the soap wasn't completely washed out of the dispenser. Ordered and installed a new flood switch and still have the same result. The unit seems to drain correctly and it does heat up on sani...yet everything is wet! There is rinse agent in the unit. The quality of wash just doesnt seem to be the same as it was. any guidence is appreciated!

Here's the service manual for your model: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P4QnxrvdQeXNNKmI1kMND-pYCl43LGIH/view?usp=sharing

Here's the variable speed pump, (with the hidden heater inside it) for your model too, in case you need it:

Let us know how it goes.
