Do you hear the evaporator fan motor running inside the freezer section? That fan motor sends the cold freezer air UP to your refrigerator section, if that fan is not running, then that's the problem.

The evaporator fan motor is behind the back panel in the freezer.

Thank you so much! I ended up dismantling the fridge and eventually found the evaporator fan motor on my own lol. It was broken. I sourced one locally and replaced it and fridge and freezer are as good as new!

BTW - I scoured google for a service manual for this model fridge and couldn't find one, so yours will be kept in a safe place!!
