My Frigidaire gas stove's oven only heats up a bit ( can touch the rack without being even close to burning me). Any ideas as to what is wrong?

It isn't lighting the heat little bit of heat you are getting is probably coming from the igniter.

The igniter is most likely the problem you can test it with an amp meter. The gas valve will not release gas until the igniter reaches 3.4 amps.
