I have a GE profile gas range. Electrician wired 220v to the 110v outlet. Long story. Wife turned on broiler and it zapped and didn’t light. That’s when we figured out the 220v problem. Igniter not glow and oven light no light. Replaced control board and igniter. Oven light works now but no power to igniter. Visually, nothing burnt. It seems the feed goes to the igniter and then down under the range, where I assume is the safety valve. If the safety valve fried by the 220 could it stop the igniter from at least glowing?
Thanks

Definitely. It is easily tested:

The valve for your model is a 'dual' valve and works like two separate values as shown. One side for bake, the other side broil. Each side should measure similarly.
