I'm getting an E11 error code on my electrolux front loading washer. I've checked the water lines and the inlet filters and water pressure is fine and the inlet filters are clean. Washer works on rinse cycle and cleaning cycle, but not on any of the washing cycles. Water does not enter the drum. I know I have used excess detergent in the past, and wondering if there's a detergent clog anywhere to look for.... can't find any filter to check though.

Here's your tech. data sheet: https://ecommcdnprod.azureedge.net/...product_support/EFL/EFLW427UIW1/A11200303.pdf

When it tries to fill do you hear the water inlet valves humming like its trying to put in water? Or no sound at all?

E11--->Fill time too long REFER TO TEST 1

Thank you for your response. There is a humming sound. And at first there’s two soft clicking sounds.

Hi! Sorry for bothering you, but were you able to figure it out? We have the same problem with our Electrolux washer.

Bumping this thread as well. I have an Electrolux EIFLS20QSW and seem to be running into a similar issue.

Thank you!

In our case, it turned out to be a water inlet valve. We just got the part and my husband installed it.
We ran the test mode and our machine was failing test #6.

(using this guide)

We were told that in that case, it's one out of three: water inlet valve, water-level sensor, or control board.

My washer is Electrolux washer model EFLS627UIW1.
It has a similar problem. Although the normal cycle on HOT and Sanitize works just fine. Also rinse and spin and clean washer cycle works fine.
Can you help me please?
I also watched the test video and when i do exactly what the video says, nothing happens and it doesn't go to the test mode.
I appreciate your help @Jakib2

I don't have the tech. data sheet for your model EFLS627UIW1 so I don't know if yours pertains to the same E11 chart I posted in post #2 above or not.

You may need to contact Electrolux at (877) 435-3287 to come out and get to the bottom of this.

@Jake Electrolux call was useless because it's been two years since I bought it. I called a repair company and he came and evaluated it and charged $150 to tell me it's the board and it will be $750 to fix it. $350 for the part.
I can't believe that this machine's life cycle is only two years. Piece of junk.

Thanks bigbuck!

I am curious if instead of the main control board, user control and display board is the problem
No, that's just the user interface, if all the buttons on it are responding and working fine, then its the main control board.

Ok, sounds good.

This video shows you:

@Jake changed the board and nothing happened it didn't fix the problem. I think I am going to next change the pressure sensor as I feel like the inlet valve should be ok because it fills on rinse and spin and clean cycle. any other suggestions?

Here's the pressure sensor for your model: https://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Pressure-Switch/5304505436/4452412

I feel like the inlet valve should be ok because it fills on rinse and spin and clean cycle.
But it should also fill on the normal wash cycle and its not, I always check for 120 volts on the COLD and HOT water inlet valve electrical terminals when it should be filling on the normal wash cycle.

Hi @Jake
I tested the valves all of them show 1000 resistance except for one.
Is it normal or that's the sign of bad valve? Please see the attached.
