Looking for help removing the control panel for the above appliance. The display is not working but everything else works. I've seen that there may be a solder issue on a 13 pin plug but I'm having some difficulty removing the panel to look at it. Apologies if there is already a thread out there for this.

Unplug range or disconnect power. Pull the range forward far enough to access the end cap screws. Remove the screw from each end cap.

Open the oven door and remove the three screws from the bottom of the control panel.

Lift the front of the control panel, pull it forward, and slide the front edge of the cooktop glass out of the slot in the front of the panel. Rotate the control panel up and over so the bottom side faces up.
