I am troubleshooting this 2 to 3 year old GE café French door refrigerator. It first stop dispensing water then stop dispensing and producing ice. Now it has this NC code on the display but button do not respond. The buttons receive an input, but just beep, but do not do anything. I have unplugged it for 3 to 5 minutes, then plugged it back in this error still persists. I have also removed the display and disconnected the 5 wiring, harness connections than reconnected them, and the error still persists.
