I am tyring to identify the manufacturer, to buy replacement cooling plate. It is a thermoelectric wine cooler, the attached label is the only identifying info I have found on the wine cooler,

Going by the CSA ETL listing number 3069814, it might be the same as Black and Decker model BD60016 or some Koolatron models. I however have no idea which company actually manufactured it.
