I’ve read lots of posts but none exactly like this: after weeks random door alarm sounds, machine went dead. Tuned power off/on which brought machine back on line. This worked a couple of times. Now dead and not responding. Pulled down master control panel: steady green light. Tested voltage to UI (pins 2 and 5) and got 7 volts, not 14.
Does this mean main control board needs replacing? Don’t want spend $150 if it won’t help.

You need to order both because you should be getting 13.5 to 14.0 volts DC to the UI Board.

The random door alarm sounds is ALWAYS a bad UI Board as well.

It's just more time consuming than anything else, if you decide to replace it just take your time and patience is the key with it, and follow the video.
