Dishes not drying in Whirlpool Dishwasher WDT720PADM2

I seem to have a complex issue. I read through a bunch of threads here and cant seem to get everything working properly.
I have the WDT720PADM2 Whirlpool dishwasher. I got it in 2016.
I replaced the circulation pump about a year ago, and since then my dishes have not been drying. I replaced the heat element, but it turns out the old one was fine. I read here (today), that I should have run a diagnostic cycle to reset everything. After doing this, the heat element turns on and gets hot but the dishes do not dry. I checked all of my resistances and everything is fine.
I get error codes F7E1, F3E3, and FE.

Please let me know what else I can try...

Ok, I'm posting what it says for F3E3 below. Make sure the drain hose has a high loop in it, because you had to probably remove it when you replaced the circulation pump last year. Also it says to remove the OWI sensor and clean the lens on it.
