We replaced the heating element, fuse and thermostat in our Samsung dryer a few days ago. Now it is running, and heating, but it stops on it's own just shy of the clothes being completely dry and the 60 min light is blinking. All other lights are on. This happens no matter what setting the dryer is on. I can find the meaning of every other minute blinking light but not 60. Does anyone know?

Hi,

If you put it on TIMED DRY does it finish and the clothes are completely dry?

If so, then use rubbing alcohol to clean the moisture sensor bars.

Here's the parts diagram:
#1241 is your moisture sensor bars

I'm unable to locate the tech. data sheet for this model to see about any error codes, hopefully another tech can post that for you.

It stops before it runs through the entire timed cycle, when the clothes are almost completely dry (almost like it senses it, even though it
s not on the sensor setting). When it stops all the lights are on and the 60 minute light blinks. Should I still clean the moisture sensor bars?

What was the original problem with the dryer?

Was it doing this problem BEFORE you replaced those parts?
