already changed DC47-00019A heating element, DC96-00887A thermal fuse, DC47-00016A thermal fuse, DC47-00018A thermostat. And Thermister
It was running i timed dry mode in normal sensor mode it would shut off after a couple of minutes.
measured voltage at heater relay on main pcb, black reads 123, blue nothing with dryer off, but 123 when running. but between black and blue nothing

Yes.

I jumpered it, still blowing cold air

New element, new thermistor, new safety thermostat, new thermal fuse, jumped the heat relay....have you tested for proper power to the dryer? 220-240 volts AC from red to black, 110-120 volts AC from red or black to white.

checked power at terminals. It was good

What was the readings?
Static ( not running ) and working ( dryer running ).

I see part of the diagram in one of your pictures, post a better copy so we can see it.

Has anybody checked for power across the element terminals?...from each terminal to the dryer frame?
