I have a Samsung dryer DV42H5200EP/A3 that just started throwing the bE code. We have unplugged for 10 minutes and plugged back in. Do I need a new control panel?

Hi,

*I* have not seen that code before.

A copy:

Jammed button errors (bE, bE2, bC2, 6E, 6E2, 6C2)​

This appears if a button on the panel is detected as stuck or continuously pressed.

If you get this error, power off the dryer, and then individually touch and release every button on the panel, working back and forth to reach all edges of each button.

If any of the buttons are damaged, or the code returns after powering on the dryer, request service.

Yea we did all of that. The start/stop button looks slightly depressed in there but we can't get it to stop throwing that code. Ordering a new panel
