Have a moisture sensor model #DV45H7000EW/A2-01. We used it for six months and stored it for 5 years. We now put it in our new home and it will not heat. I do see the cooling emblem light up. Could it be the way I wired the 3 prong cord or is it something else?

The cooling emblem is a light that is on and says cooling the whole time. I checked all wiring and meter tested the outlet as well. This is the second dryer that is not heating. It’s odd that two would do the same thing.

Never heard of this. Check your use and care manual in case something is set incorrectly and somehow you have a air fluff only setting set.

It’s very odd that they both have done it. I got 110 and 220 when I used the meter. I will look through the manual when I get home to see if it’s set on something wrong or if I can reset it. I will let you know. Thank you very much for the information so far

Sorry to keep harping on it.....but in the correct spots?

Worked before storage.
Should work after storage.
Only change is a new power supply.
