Hello,

i have a samsung DVE45M5500P it turns on and wants to run but the drum does not turn, it also makes a loud buzzing sound.

I'm thinking it's belt, but i don't want to take the whole machine apart.

Is there away to get it at? does anyone have the service manual?

when I turn the drum by hand, it makes a clicking noise.

Hi,

It sounds like you may have something stuck/jammed in the blower wheel, that attaches directly to your motor, thus the motor will buzz/hum and not run.

The blower turns freely. I didn’t go as far as to remove the drum. I can give it a try and see what happens.

the blower turns freely, there was a lot of lint that I removed (no judgement, not my dryer). so i put all back together, the motor wants to work but doesnt turn the drum, i gave the drum a push and it turns, try different setting, i hear the motor, and again i gave the drum a little nudge and it went again.

What else could it be?
