I saw Jake's videos and the other posts on the E21 code. Due to COVID19 I think I will tackle this myself. Unit built in January 2019. I think we got it mid last year. Worked amazing until this week. Now the tub won't drain and it's giving the E21. I watched the videos and am betting it's the tub to pump hose. However the gray drain hose also seems to have water. What's the odds of it being the pump? I kind of hate taking it apart and cleaning the filter and tub to pump hose, and then find out it's really a bad pump. Any obvious way to test the pump first? Or just go ahead and check the hoses, put it back together and see if it drains? Do pumps typically fail in a year? I am missing a few socks, so I'm holding out that their crammed in the tub to pump hose.

Hi,

Yes, I always first check the drain pump for items of small clothes like socks stuck in it, and also the TUB to PUMP hose, like you mentioned.

Here's the video to get access to the drain pump and TUB to PUMP hose:

Let us know what you find.

Jake
