I have a 2006 Electrolux GLGQ2152ES0 Dryer that gave off a burning smell. I removed the top of the dry and when I manually spin the drum I hear the below sound in the video

I've been hearing like a clanking noise in the past and also have cloths stuck and wedged between drop and the front of the dryer. I have a feeling I at least need a drum slide replacement for the stuck cloths but not sure on where the burning smell is coming from. I just clean out the lint from within the dry as the exhaust pipe that runs outside. Any thoughts on what it could be or would need to replace (besides the dryer). I also thinking maybe a belt but any direction or tests I can run to determine the issue would be awesome. Thank you.

It could be the rear bearing or something caught in the blower. You'll need to take it apart and clean out all the lint. That's most likely to be the burning smell. Here's a link for the rear bearing. If you click on the link you'll find a repair video how to take it apart.
