My Electrolux dryer will not start - Model# EFME627UTT2

Light inside the barrel does not come on which lead me to believe it might be a faulty door switch however, when the door is closed and the start button is pressed it beeps but wont start. When I press the "Temp" button it wont move from "Normal" and flashes 3x, The "Dryness" setting allows me to switch between options but time dry wont move off "Auto". Is this a control panel issue or...? I have video I can text you of this if anyone can use it to help diagnose.

Disconnect power to the dryer and ohm test the door switch first for continuity with the button on the door switch pushed-in.
