My Electrolux EFLS627UTT washer has been intermittently giving me an E-11 error code; this started after 3 months of use. At less than 2 1/2 years old I could no longer just "reset" the code, it just quit working. Frigidaire Services came out twice in the first year will under warranty and twice out of warranty; on the last trip, they said they replaced the water pump but the E-11 error code was still on when they left.

Next National Platinum came out 3 times they said they replaced the main board, control board, Motor Assembly and Power board. After the last "repair" it not only gives an E-11 error code it now also has the 15-minute Quick Wash as being 19 minutes long, the Clean Washer cycle at 53 minutes (instead of the normal 48 minutes), etc..

Does anyone have any ideas of what is wrong or if this can be fixed?

Hi,

Here's our main thread on this E-11 issue:

Hi Jake, I followed your link but I don't know what parts to buy because no one seems to know what part(s) are not working correctly.

The E-11 error code is a long fill error. With all the parts you said have been replaced I don't see a water valve. That would be the direction I would look at first. Make sure the drain line isn't too far into the drain line, it should only be 6-8 inches into the stand pipe. If it's too far in, it can cause syphoning requiring more water. Also make sure you have regular water lines hooked up. In my area, we had a rash of people installing floodsafe hoses that restrict the water pressure if it engages too quickly.

Yes, Luke is absolutely correct.

Like I mentioned in post #4 of that main thread for this E-11 issue:
Possibly the drain pump or water inlet valve. Take your drain pump out and see if something is stuck/jammed in it. If not, replace the water inlet valve 5304528029

Here's the drain pump for your model:
