Lightening strike / power surge took out control board, display flickering. UI control knob LEDs not working prior. Replaced both items with current revisions.
Control board - #809160302NH UI - 809160410
Power up and attempt run "installation cycle", when I press start nothing happens, well the UI beeps acknowledging start pushed but that's all.
120vac at, J2-3, J2-4, J3-2, J5-1, J5-3, J7-2.
E91 randomly shows when I check for error codes but never shows on the operator screen. I can clear it, check again after attempting the installation cycle and no code.
DIAGNOSTIC MODE, all functions work as they should, motor runs both directions, elements heat and I can see the temp rise.
Assistance appreciated before I send this thing to death row! And my wife cringes at the thought of mismatched appliances.

Morning Jake,

Yes I have reset multiple times.
And when I pulled the drum I found the electrical info packet in the bottom of the dryer.

Could I have a faulty control board or UI?
Do you have pin out info so I could check the start button functionality?

Thanks

The pin outs start at page 10 of your tech data sheet I posted above.

The "tech data sheet" is what I found in the bottom of the dryer. The information in the OP was sourced using the tech data sheet.
Although somewhat useful it is missing an extraordinary amount of information.

What is the voltage to the UI, AC or DC?
Which pin supplies power to the UI?
Which pin on the UI sends the start signal to the controler?
Or am I looking at this all wrong?

If all functions work in "diagnostic mode" then why does it not start the installation cycle?

Ok, that's all I could locate. Electrolux is very fague on this.

I have no clue, sorry. Hopefully another tech that works on these day in and day out can shed some light on this and answer those questions for you.
