Electrolux wall double oven bake does not work broiler does

Hi,
Bake does not work in either the top or bottom oven. Broil, however, works in both.

I have pressed reset on the thermal switch (fuse) and it did not fix it. Doesn't make sense both bake elements would go bad at the same time. Sounds like others have found the relays in the control board are bad. Anything you can recommend to do before I order a $250 part.

More information: Each of the burners go to two different relay boards. Since they are both not working, I am assuming it is not a relay, but the "clock" control board. I can not find any burn marks on the relay boards on either of the wires for the burners. So part # 318010501. Do you concur?

Yes, I would agree. I've not run into this problem before on any of my service calls as of yet or I would tell you definitely what part is bad.

But I'd first make sure that thermal fuse is good with a multimeter, even though you pushed it, it can still ohm out bad.
