Good evening, Everyone.

Not many things around the house I can't fix, former Marine, 6097 mos. F18 fighter jet structural mech, I've pride myself on being able to fix just about anything in and around the house including my cars....
Have I met my match in this washer, we have as the title states an Electrolux model EIFLW55HIW0 washing machine, couple days ago it started making a loud groaning sound on the rinse/spin/drain, basically tail end of the wash cycle, after some ear to walls detective work, found the noise was coming from the front. ran a fast wash and notice it was draining slow second go round got a too long to drain message and E21 error code, pulled it apart tested the drain pump, no good, ordered and replaced it, ran through the diagnostic sequence, every component works except the drain, got a code for the pressure sensor, ordered and changed it. No codes active now, machine still won't drain, I pulled all the drain parts out during pump install, boot from the drum, drain tube to house, drain basket inside main tube from drum, inspected and cleaned everything, very little debris, nothing that would cause a blockage.

What am I missing? could it be the control board? even though every other option and button works flawlessly, right now I am under $300, new pump, new pressure sensor, door boot had a small tear so I replaced that. not sure how far down this rabbit hole I want to go, for now I am still under the halfway mark for a new washer. is there a master reset sequence that puts this thing back to factory reset mode?

any help, guidance, opinions, suggestions are welcomed.

Hi, Thank you for your service!

is there a master reset sequence that puts this thing back to factory reset mode?
Here's your tech. data sheet: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EvfaFEQkG4Cr-dTPtZ-HB2bjvGpMGFAi/view?usp=share_link Page 2 does say FACTORY RESET.

If that doesn't fix it--->What I always do when it should be draining is remove the electrical connector from the drain pump and get a multimeter and check for 120 volts at that electrical connector to the drain pump.

If you get 120 volts, and the drain pump is not running, then you got a defective drain pump, which can happen at times.

Here's the drain pump for your model:
Drain Pump 137038700

If you don't get 120 volts, check for any broken wires first from the control board to the drain pump, if none found, then the main control board is not sending 120 volts to the drain pump when it should be.

Here's the main control board for your model:
Main Control Board 134640601

Do you hear the drain pump running, but its not draining?
