Dacor

I have a Dacor ERDS 36 range and I started the oven and heard a puff.
The clock went out with the display.
This happened before and it was a fried baking element.
Assuming this was the problem, I ordered a new one and went to install and found out the one of the spade connectors had burned off.
The wires are very short and I can't located the burned off wire.
How do you gain access to this.
From the front or the back?

I can't get anything to come up with that model number. There's probably a back panel that needs to come off to locate the burned wire.

It should just slide out from its installation so you can get behind it.

Hello Rick,
You were right, the back panel came off and the wire leading to the bake element had lost its connector and shorted out.
I replaced the connector, installed a new bake element and it works!
Thanks for your help!!
