Hi All,

I recently replaced the evap fan on this unit without removing the rear cover entirely.
During reassembly it seemed the blades were too close to the shroud so I over tightened it.
Now that it's running again there's a humming noise present and I need to remove the fan
shroud again and loosen the fan motor slightly. My question, what is the best approach
to removing the two lower screws that secures the rear panel to the freezer floor? The screw
heads are visible in the drawer slide tracks behind a "stop" which prevents me from getting
a parallel angle with the tools I've tried thus far. I've thought about drilling a small hole
into the "stop" to ease in bending them down, but only as a last resort.

If this question is too vague please ask and I'll try to clarify.
Thanks

Thank you for the response and apologies for the late update.

Since my OP we've purchased a new box and moved the old box to
the garage. It's fully stocked which is why I put this fix on hold for the moment. Once cooler weather sets in I'll look into it.

That said, in the diagram the separator is not visible. The separator is above
number 8, the track. There're 2 tracks and within these tracks are the
RED screws. I assume they attach to the panel at the BLUE areas I circled.
About 2 inches from the screw head there's a GREEN tang on the track that's bent upward obstructing any tool that I've tried thus far. There may be fasteners that can be removed from the tracks allowing for proper access, but as I mentioned that observation will have to wait.

Thanks Again
