I have an electrolux fridge model number EW28BS85KS4 3 door freezer on the bottom every few months I have a large amount of ice build up on the back freezer wall and floor of freezer then the temperature goes to Hi I remove the ice turn fridge off and it comes back we had the defrost part replaced last summer. wondering if we have a plugged drain but not sure where the drain is to unplug it any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok,

Pull the refrigerator out from the wall, then unplug it, then remove the lower back access panel and locate the drain tube and see if its clogged.
